Ohio Adult Guardianship Education Program

adult edAs Attorney Franklin Hickman announced in his recent article, the Supreme Court of Ohio recently issued new rules affecting all guardians in our state.  Included in these rules are new education requirements.  Effective June 1, 2015, all guardians must attend an initial six-hour fundamentals course and a three-hour continuing education session annually thereafter.  

The schedule for the fundamentals course was just announced and it includes in-person, local broadcast, and online options.  6.0 general CLE credit hours for attorneys have been requested.  Click here for details.
