Keeping Secrets: Maintaining Client Confidentiality, Avoiding Liability

Many professionals have access to personal information about their clients.  To whom may you disclose such information?  How do you respond to a subpoena?  What is your "duty to warn?"  Are there any exceptions to the privacy rules?  In this session, we will review confidetniality, privilege, and reporting requirements, including drug and alcohol, HIV, and education reporting issues.
