Our popular day-long retreat for moms is back! Join host Attorney Linda Gorczynski and will learn about ways to effectively advocate for your child at school, while relaxing among friends, and enjoying some much needed time for yourself.
Moms of exceptional children often have special concerns as the school year begins. You want to start the year with a strong IEP in place and chart a path for your child that will ensure his success. But how do you know if the goals set forth in his IEP are appropriate and truly addressing his needs? You know that your child has certain rights at school—but how do you know if he is obtaining all of the services he requires, and is entitled to, from your school district? We are here to help alleviate your anxiety by tackling these difficult questions, bringing clarity and reducing uncertainty, so that you can begin the school year with confidence.
