Unraveling the Mysteries of Wills and Trusts (1 CE)

It is estimated that 70% of Americans die without a will ans families are left to sort out the often complex and challenging legal, financial, and personal details following the death of a loved one.  Professionals in the field of aging and disability are often in a position to advise clients about their future and that of their loved ones.  This session will address the type of advance planning documents available, the scope of such documents, and the value of pre-planning.
